We sell physical fashion and lifestyle goods, including sarees and jewellery. All product descriptions, images and measurements are provided for general guidance. Due to the handcrafted and textile nature of our products, slight variations in color, weave, texture, or finish may occur and are not considered defects.

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected misuse.

5. Payments

6. Shipping and Delivery

Pickup:You're welcome to collect your order from our location by appointment. Please reach out to schedule your pickup.

Delivery:We arrange delivery at actual shipping cost, including packaging. For rates and timelines, please WhatsApp us, we're happy to assist.

7. Returns, Issues and Resolutions

Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase, subject to availability. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.

The product must be unused and in its original condition.

8. EU Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory rights provided under applicable European Union consumer protection laws, including rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods.
