Nadi Tarang – Loyalty Program

The Nadi Tarang Loyalty Program rewards our customers for their continued support. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Earning Points

  • Members earn 1 loyalty point for every €1 spent.
  • Points are calculated based on the actual amount paid after any discounts or promotions.
  • Shipping charges and delivery costs do not earn loyalty points unless explicitly stated.

Redeeming Points

  • 100 loyalty points = €5 reward on your next purchase.
  • Points must be redeemed in full blocks of 100 points.
  • Partial redemption of points is not permitted.
  • Loyalty rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

Application of Reward

  • Loyalty rewards can only be applied to a future purchase.
  • Rewards cannot be combined with other special promotions unless explicitly stated.

Points Validity

Loyalty points remain valid unless the program is modified or discontinued. An expiry period may be introduced in the future if necessary.

Opt-Out Policy

Members may opt out of the Nadi Tarang Loyalty Program at any time by notifying us via WhatsApp. Upon opting out, all accumulated loyalty points will be forfeited.

Checking Your Points

To know your current loyalty points balance, please contact us via WhatsApp. Loyalty points are tracked and maintained internally by NADI KATHA.

Program Changes

NADI KATHA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Nadi Tarang Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice.
